Serie A 등업(?) 기념판이라니... 하핫.

To mark the opening of its new jewelry boutique, the Gioielleria Ducale of Novara in Milan, in partnership with IWC Schaffhausen, has created a version of the iconic IWC Portuguese Chronograph model ref. IW3714, dedicated to Novara Football Club. 

The Novara Football Club waited 55 years to return to the Series A…the first division in Italy. Novara had previously competed in this league between 1948 and 1956, featuring among other players the legendary Silvio Piola, top striker for the Piedmont-based team and for the Italian national football team. Since that era, nothing has changed in terms of the team colors, with the light blue shirt with a cross on the badge and white shorts, a color scheme recreated in the special series dedicated to Novara in Serie A. For over ten years, it has been the most prized watch in the Portuguese family, an automatic chronograph, classic in its purest form.

To keep the aesthetic harmony of the model, no modifications have been made to the dial, while the timepiece is equipped with an exclusive leather strap, light blue with white stitching, and the case-back has been personalized with the engraving “Promozione Serie A – Campionato Sportivo 2010 – 2011”, the individual number reference and the logo of the team. 

It is a unique watch to commemorate a landmark moment for Novara Calcio and for the entire city.
